1. Instant access to content. If students order an ebook-only version, they'll get full access in a matter of minutes. If they order a hardcopy that includes an ebook, they'll immediately get an email with a link to the first chapter(s).

  2. Shipping to an alternate address for student pick-up. If your bookstore is closed and you have an office or staff that can receive and distribute the books to students, we can ship any order to any alternate address.

  3. ebook retail cards. Cards can be sent directly to institutional buyers (or educators), so as students enroll, access codes can be scratched off and a picture can then be emailed to each student, showing their codes with instructions on how to use each code. Any unscratched cards (in new condition) can be returned for a refund 1 year from date of order, like our physical books.

  4. ebook codes. Access codes can be emailed directly to institutional buyers (or educators). There is no shipping & handling for ebook code orders. Buyers/educators will have to keep track of which codes have been used. To return “overstock,” our standard refund window of 1 year from date of order applies, but all unused codes must be submitted back to us along with the refund request. We will not be able to credit any used codes.

  5. Dropshipping directly to students. Our standard shipping fees apply per shipment (10% of Net, minimum $8, for Standard UPS Ground). If buyers/educators are able to supply a PO to cover each or all orders, or prepay via credit card per order, we can ship directly to students. Students will not receive any cost information with their shipment (only a packing slip with no amounts listed).
